Description
Escobedo draws inspiration from music, particularly the fleeting human emotions conveyed through its layered sounds. By blending traditional and digital techniques, he discovered that mixing mediums adds a depth akin to the layering of sound in music. This process emerged from his experimentation and his growth on social media, where he realized that his audience found solace and meaningful connections in his artwork. Escobedo pairs his creations with music, adding thoughtful details tied to the song or lines of poetry, to craft a unique and immersive viewing experience. Much like his approach to cover art, these works are deeply personal, as he pours his soul into every piece. Escobedo’s ultimate goal is to push artistic boundaries, evoke psychological responses, and make a social impact, particularly in the realm of mental health.
